Before you ask…
Is this right for a small café?
Yes. One shop or many branches, it’s one plan, a free kit, and you’re live in about ten minutes. Cafés, crêperies, bakeries and restaurants across London already use it.
Do I need to change my till?
No. Ambr works with any till. Stamps happen on the customer’s phone, so there’s nothing to plug in or integrate.
What if a customer doesn’t have the app?
No download needed to start: they scan your stand and their card opens in the browser. The free Ambr app is the best experience, with their cards, rewards and your offers in one place.
How long does setup really take?
About ten minutes to a working card. QR stamping works from day one; your stand and wristbands follow in the post.
What hardware do I need?
None of your own. We post you a counter stand and two stamping wristbands for free, and your phone runs the rest.
