Questions, answered
When am I charged?
Never during your 30-day free trial, which starts when your counter stand arrives — not when you sign up. We take a card at signup, tell you the exact date and amount before the trial ends, and you can cancel any time in two clicks. You won’t be charged a penny.
Will my price go up?
Not while you stay subscribed. The price you sign up at is the price you keep for your plan. If we add optional extras later, like text-message campaigns, digital menus, table ordering or till integration, you choose whether to use them.
What if I have more than one branch?
One price covers your first branch; every extra branch is £20/month, or £180/year, all on one shared card. Each branch gets its own NFC stamping wristbands, branch-level analytics and staff. Add your branches when you sign up and we’ll post a free kit to each.
What’s in the starter kit?
A counter stand and two NFC stamping wristbands, worth around £35, posted to you free as soon as you sign up. Your 30-day trial starts when it arrives. Need more of either? Just call or email us from the app or dashboard and we’ll send them out. In a hurry? Print a counter QR code from your dashboard and take your first stamp the same day.
Do staff accounts cost extra?
No. Staff and manager accounts are unlimited on every plan. Your whole team can stamp, redeem and see the queue.
What about text-message campaigns?
Push and in-card messages are included and free. They reach every customer. Text-message (SMS) campaigns are coming; when they land they’ll be billed at cost per message, with the total shown before you press send.
What happens if I cancel?
Your customers’ cards and stamps are kept safe, and any rewards they’ve already earned stay redeemable. You can restart whenever you like and pick up exactly where you left off.
