When am I charged?
Never during your 60-day free trial. We take a card at signup, tell you the exact date and amount before the trial ends, and you can cancel any time in two clicks. You won’t be charged a penny.
What if I have more than one branch?
One price covers your first branch; every extra branch is £14/month, all on one shared card. Each branch gets its own NFC stamping tools, branch-level analytics and staff. Add your branches when you sign up and we’ll post a free kit to each.
What’s in the starter kit?
Two NFC stamping tools and two counter stands, worth around £35, posted to you free when your trial starts. Need more of either? Just call or email us from the app or dashboard and we’ll send them out. In a hurry? Print a counter QR code from your dashboard and take your first stamp the same day.
Do staff accounts cost extra?
No. Staff and manager accounts are unlimited on every plan. Your whole team can stamp, redeem and see the queue.
What about text-message campaigns?
Push and in-card messages are included and free. They reach every customer. Text-message (SMS) campaigns are coming; when they land they’ll be billed at cost per message, with the total shown before you press send.
What happens if I cancel?
Your customers’ cards and stamps are kept safe, and any rewards they’ve already earned stay redeemable. You can restart whenever you like and pick up exactly where you left off.
